How it arrives
Kerbside, then the last ten metres.
Most saunas leave us as finished buildings. That is kinder to the timber and harder on the driveway. We will not take an order until we understand the gate, the drop, and whether a crane has room to stand. Tubs can usually be walked in by four people. Kits go on a pallet.
Arrival & siting- Lead times
- Typically 4–14 weeks, depending on the building.
- Payment
- A third to start the timber. Balance before it leaves.
- Warranty
- 3-year structural warranty on the shell. Heaters follow the maker.
- Care
- Oil the outside once a year. Leave the benches to silver.
