How it arrives
Kerbside, then the last ten metres.
Most saunas leave us as finished buildings. That is kinder to the timber and harder on the driveway. We deliver kerbside across the UK, and that delivery is already in the price you see — delivery to mainland UK included. We will not confirm an order until we understand the gate, the drop, and whether a crane has room to stand. Tubs can usually be walked in by four or five people. Kits go on a pallet.
Arrival & siting- Lead times
- Typically 4–14 weeks, depending on the building.
- Payment
- The configured price in full at checkout, through Stripe. Price includes UK delivery. Crane hire and siting arranged once we have seen the gate.
- Warranty
- 3-year structural warranty on the shell. Heaters follow the maker.
- Care
- Oil the outside once a year. Leave the benches to silver.
